Google Business Profile, consistent details, pages that match real searches and ethical reviews: the local SEO basics in plain English.
For hypnotherapists & holistic practitioners
I’m Suleman, a WordPress developer for hypnotherapy practices. I build calm, clear websites that help the right people trust you, book a free consultation in a couple of clicks, and get looked after automatically while you focus on your sessions.

Sound familiar?
Most practices lose new clients before anyone speaks to them. These are the four places I see it happen most.
Old templates rarely explain what a session feels like, or why someone should trust you with something personal.
What I do: Pages written around the questions people ask before they book.
If a nervous first-time client has to email back and forth to find a time, many simply won’t.
What I do: A free consultation a couple of clicks from any page.
Someone searching “hypnotherapy for anxiety” plus their town needs a page that matches.
What I do: Technical and local SEO so search engines know where you work and who you help.
Confirmations, reminders, intake forms, follow-ups. Small tasks that quietly eat your time.
What I do: Simple automations for the repetitive parts, so you can be present for clients.
What I do
WordPress website design
Will I lose control? Is it like stage hypnosis? How many sessions will I need? A good practice website answers these calmly, in your voice, before the first call. I design and build it on WordPress so you can edit it yourself without breaking anything.
Practical automation
Built with tools like n8n, Make or Zapier and your booking platform. Session notes and clinical details never go through automations.
SEO and visibility
Fast pages, clean structure, local SEO groundwork, structured data and Search Console set up with your permission. I can’t promise rankings, and nobody honest can, but nothing technical will hold you back.
Selected work
Every one is a live site for a real practice. Hover a card to scroll through the page, then read the case study to see what each practice needed and how I built it.

About me
Your clients trust you with something personal. Your website should earn that trust before the first session.
I’m a WordPress developer with a Master’s degree in Computer Science. My work covers custom builds, Elementor redesigns, speed, technical SEO, security, malware clean-ups and ongoing maintenance.
Many of my recent projects have been for hypnotherapists and holistic practitioners, and it’s the work I’ve chosen to focus on. I work remotely with practitioners in the US, the UK and Europe: no account managers, no hand-offs, from the first call to launch and beyond.
From the blog

Google Business Profile, consistent details, pages that match real searches and ethical reviews: the local SEO basics in plain English.

Fewer steps between “I’m ready” and “I’ve booked”, plus the simple automations that handle confirmations, reminders and follow-ups.

The pages, details and trust signals that help nervous first-time clients feel ready to book, and what to fix first.
FAQ
If yours isn’t here, ask me on a call. There’s no such thing as a silly question about websites.
Practice websites start from $1,200, and a website with automation starts from $1,850. The final figure depends on the number of pages, how much writing help you need and which tools we connect. After a free discovery call I send a fixed quote, so you know the full cost before anything starts.
Most practice websites take a few weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest variable is content: if your text and photos are ready, things move quickly. Your quote includes a realistic timeline.
Yes. I can shape and edit what you already have, or write first drafts for you to review based on a short questionnaire and a conversation. You always approve the final wording, because it needs to sound like you.
Usually, yes. I can work with tools like Calendly, Acuity Scheduling and SimplyBook.me, and can embed or link most practice-management platforms. If your current tool works for you, I’ll build around it rather than ask you to switch.
Sometimes. Tools such as Zapier, Make or an email platform may have their own monthly plans, depending on how much you use them. I explain these before we start, keep the setup lean, and use free plans where they’re genuinely enough.
I can’t guarantee rankings, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What I can do is build a fast, well-structured site with solid technical and local SEO foundations, and pages that match what people actually search for.
Forms only ask for what you need, submissions are handled securely, and I never route session notes or clinical information through automations or AI tools. If rules such as GDPR or HIPAA apply to your practice, we’ll talk through what that means for your setup.
Yes. Sometimes a redesign is the right call; sometimes the existing site just needs clearer pages, a better booking flow and some speed and SEO fixes. The free website review is a good way to find out which.
You’ll know how to make everyday edits yourself. If you’d rather not think about updates, backups and security, a monthly care plan covers that, and I’m available for changes as your practice grows.
Yes. I work remotely with clients in the US, the UK and Europe, and schedule calls at times that suit your time zone.
