Hypnotherapy website design
Hypnotherapy website design that helps the right clients choose you
I design and build WordPress websites for hypnotherapists. Clear about what you do, reassuring for people who have never tried hypnotherapy, and simple to book a free consultation from. You work with me directly, from the first call to launch.

Why it’s different
A hypnotherapy website has a harder job than most
Most visitors have never met a hypnotherapist. Before they book, they need to feel safe, understood and sure that you can help with their particular problem.
01
People arrive unsure
They wonder if they’ll lose control, whether it’s like stage hypnosis, and how many sessions it takes. Your site should answer that calmly, in your voice.
02
Trust comes before booking
Your face, your training, your associations and real client words do more than any slogan. I give them the space they deserve.
03
One clear next step
A free consultation, a call or online booking: one obvious path on every page, so interested visitors don’t drift away.
What’s included
Everything a practice website needs, built properly
Every project is designed around your practice rather than a template. Here’s what a typical practice website includes. Your quote lists exactly what’s in yours.
Need help with the words? I can edit what you have or write first drafts from a short questionnaire and a call. You always approve the final copy.
- Custom design around your brand, photos and the clients you want to attract
- Core pages: home, about, the issues you help with, pricing, FAQ, contact or booking
- Booking or free-consultation setup with tools such as Calendly, Acuity or SimplyBook.me
- Enquiry form with spam protection and email notifications
- Testimonials, including video testimonials if you have them
- Essential SEO: page titles, descriptions, headings, sitemap and structured data
- Speed and mobile: optimised images, few plugins, tested on real phone sizes
- Accessibility basics: readable contrast, keyboard-friendly menus and forms
- A recorded walkthrough so you can update text, photos and prices yourself
Content that converts
Pages that answer the questions clients don’t ask out loud
“Will I lose control?”
A short, honest explanation of what a session feels like, on your About Hypnotherapy page and in your FAQ.
“Can you help with my problem?”
Clear pages for the issues you work with most, such as anxiety, sleep, smoking or confidence, so people recognise themselves.
“Who is this person?”
An About page with your story, training and memberships, plus a real photo, because people book people.
“What happens next?”
A simple outline of the free consultation and first session, with the booking button right there.
How I work
A calm, clear process from first call to launch
01
Discovery
A relaxed video call about your practice, your clients and what isn’t working. Honest advice, whether or not we work together.
02
Planning
I map the pages, content, booking flow and any automations, then send a fixed quote and timeline.
03
Design
You see the homepage design first and shape it with your feedback before I build the rest.
04
Build & test
Built on WordPress and tested on phones, tablets and desktops: forms, booking, speed and accessibility.
05
Launch & care
I move it to your domain, show you how to make everyday edits, and stay on hand after launch.

FAQ
Questions about hypnotherapy website design
Something else on your mind? Send me a message or book a free call.
Why WordPress rather than Wix or Squarespace?
You own a WordPress site outright, can move it to any host, and aren’t limited by a builder’s templates or SEO settings. It also connects easily to booking, email and automation tools. If you’re happy on another platform, I’ll tell you honestly whether a move is worth it.
Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes. I build with the WordPress editor (or Elementor if you already use it) and record a walkthrough showing how to change text, photos, prices and testimonials. Bigger changes are always welcome too.
Do I need my own hosting and domain?
Yes, and they should be in your name so you always own them. If you don’t have hosting yet, I’ll recommend a reliable option and set it up with you.
How long does a new website take?
Most practice websites take a few weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest factor is content: if your text and photos are ready, things move quickly. Your quote includes a realistic timeline.
Can you build a website for a practice that isn’t hypnotherapy?
Yes. I also build for related holistic practices such as energy healing, Reiki and coaching. You can see some of them in my case studies.
