Website redesign

Redesign your hypnotherapy website without starting from scratch

If your site looks dated, is slow on phones, or people visit but rarely book, a redesign can fix what matters while keeping what already works: your domain, your best content and the Google visibility you’ve built.

Signs it’s time

Six signs your website is holding you back

It looks dated

Fonts, photos and layout that felt fine years ago now make the practice look less established than it is.

It’s hard to update

You avoid changing prices or adding testimonials because something always breaks.

It’s slow on phones

Most visitors arrive on a phone. Heavy page builders and huge images make them wait, and leave.

Booking is confusing

Too many buttons, forms that go nowhere, or a booking page buried three clicks deep.

You’re invisible locally

People search “hypnotherapist near me” and find someone else, even though you’re closer.

It doesn’t sound like you

Generic copy that could belong to any practice, so visitors don’t get a feel for who you are.

What I keep

Everything that’s still working

  • Your domain name and email
  • Your best content, photos and testimonials
  • Pages and URLs that already bring visitors from Google, or proper redirects where they change
  • Your booking tool, if it works for you

What I change

Everything that’s getting in the way

  • Design, layout and typography
  • Page structure and navigation
  • Speed, image sizes and plugin weight
  • Mobile experience and calls to action
  • Technical SEO: titles, headings, sitemap, structured data

Protecting your SEO

How I redesign without losing your Google visibility

A careless redesign can undo years of search visibility. This is the checklist I follow on every redesign.

Already on Elementor? I can redesign within Elementor or move you to the lighter WordPress block editor. I’ll explain the trade-offs so you can choose.

  • List every existing page and how much search traffic it gets
  • Keep URLs that rank, and set up 301 redirects for any that change
  • Carry over or improve page titles and meta descriptions
  • Build and test on a private staging copy, so your live site stays online
  • Check speed, mobile layout, forms and booking before launch
  • Submit the new sitemap in Google Search Console after launch, with your permission

FAQ

Questions about redesigns

Something else on your mind? Send me a message or book a free call.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

Not if the redesign is planned properly. I keep URLs that perform well, redirect any that change, and carry over page titles and content that search engines already trust. I can’t promise rankings, but I make sure nothing in the redesign damages them.

Will my website go offline during the redesign?

No. I build the new version on a private staging copy and switch over once you’ve approved it, usually with no noticeable downtime.

Can I keep my domain, hosting and email?

Yes. Your domain and email stay exactly as they are. If your hosting is slow or unreliable I’ll tell you, but moving is your choice.

How much does a redesign cost?

Most redesigns are priced like a new practice website, from $1,200, depending on the number of pages and how much content needs rewriting. See pricing for details.

Not sure if you need a full redesign?
