About these terms
These terms cover your use of sulemanshabir.com and the general basis on which I, Suleman Shabir, provide website, SEO, automation and care-plan services. Each project also has its own written quote or agreement. If anything in your quote differs from these terms, the quote applies.
Using this website
The content on this website is for general information. It isn’t legal, medical or financial advice. Please don’t copy the text, design or images without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and I’m not responsible for their content.
Quotes and scope
Before any work starts, I send a written quote describing the agreed scope, price, timeline and payment schedule. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only starts once you agree.
Your responsibilities
- Provide content, images and feedback in good time, so the project can stay on schedule
- Make sure you have the right to use any text, photos, logos or videos you send me
- Keep your hosting, domain and third-party tool accounts active and in your name
- Review the website before launch and let me know about any problems
Payments
Payments are due as set out in your quote or invoice. I may pause work if an invoice is overdue. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains and tool subscriptions are paid directly to those providers.
Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, the website and the content created for you are yours. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and tools remain under their own licences. Unless you ask me not to, I may show the finished project in my portfolio and case studies.
Results
I build websites and systems carefully and to a professional standard, but I can’t guarantee search rankings, traffic, enquiries, bookings or revenue, which depend on many factors outside my control.
Third-party services
Websites and automations rely on services such as hosting companies, booking tools and email platforms. I’m not responsible for their outages, price changes or changes to how they work, though I’ll help where I can.
Care plans
Care plans cover the services described on the care plans page and in your agreement. Larger changes, new features and hosting are not included unless agreed in writing.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, my total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. I’m not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Keep your own backups of important content, or choose a care plan that includes backups.
